We're transforming in 2025! The Campground Conference & Trade Show will be the place for stakeholders in the outdoor hospitality industry to see and be seen!
For 33 years the Mid-Atlantic Conference & Trade show has been open to EVERYONE in the outdoor hospitality industry, but the name did not reflect our welcoming spirit. We're always striving to make this a forward-thinking and exciting event, and The Campground Conference & Trade Show reflects that vibe.
Each year, the conference is planned for campground owners/operators and staff. One of the key takeaways, in addition to important education and networking, is that you can just have FUN away from the pressures of running your business, surrounded by people who have the same challenges and goals for running a successful campground operation. We encourage ANYONE with a stake in the outdoor hospitality industry - campground owners/operators, managers, and staff, as well as industry supplies - to be there for your enjoyment, education, and the support of the industry.
During the conference you will be able to network with peers and learn skills that are essential to making your campground successful. We are planning to offer 9 educational seminars with speakers experienced in their fields presenting timely topics both motivational and relevant to the outdoor hospitality industry.
The trade show gives campground operators access to the newest products and best services specifically targeted to RV parks and campgrounds. Our trade show keeps you connected to the campground industry.
The 2024 conference in Florida welcomed attendees from NJ, PA, KY, NE, WI, OR, TX, TN, NY, VA, OH, Puerto Rico...will you come "See and Be Seen" in 2025?

Early bird registration for the full conference package is $275 per person. Full package includes access to all sessions and speakers, scheduled meals, and networking events. After 2/21/25 the rate increases to $325.

The Trade Show is scheduled for Monday, March 3rd from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. We invite industry suppliers to join us as an exhibitor, sponsor or both. You will have the opportunity to lunch with campground owners and display your products or services all afternoon as there are no other conference activities scheduled during that time period. Campground owners from across the county have been invited to attend, representing thousands of campsites.
Meet with a large number of campground owners in only one day, saving you time and overnight stays. In preparation for the upcoming camping season our campgrounds are ready to buy; will you be there ready to sell?
Lunch for one person is included in the exhibiting fee (more available $).
The conference schedule will include an annual auction, taking place at our dinner on Monday evening March 3rd following the Trade Show. Donations can be dropped off before or during the Trade Show. Of course, we welcome all exhibitors who would like to attend the auction and other conference events - just indicate so on the Exhibitor Application form. Also, on Sunday night we will have a fun event with exhibitors and attendees.
